4 fresh figs, cut into quarters
2 soft mozzarella balls, torn into chunks
2 ripe plum tomatoes, sliced
Handful of torn basil leaves
Good drizzle of Napolina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh milled pepper
Simply arrange the figs, mozzarella and tomatoes onto a plate.
Scatter over the basil leaves, fresh milled pepper and a good drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Squeeze over the lemon juice and serve with some fresh bread and a few rocket leaves.
